Currently located in two leased buildings, several miles apart, ISO NE found itself in need of space to satisfy its growing needs and its suffering operational inefficiencies due to remote campuses and antiquated equipment. Barr & Barr was hired to renovate the existing 60,000 s.f. facility and to build a new 90,000 s.f. facility on adjacent land with new office space, control room, data center, cafe and training center. ISO will be pursuing a LEED Certification for this project.
