This existing structure of 167,000 s.f. warehouse space has been
transformed into a 245,000 s.f. facility which incorporates a
“World Class” 60,000 s.f. manufacturing space, 38,000 s.f. office
space to accommodate the Customer Distribution and Information
Technologies groups; 38,000 s.f. of Advanced Technologies
Laboratories, and 70,000 s.f. of distribution and warehouse space.
Mechanical equipment rooms have incorporated redundancy and
future expansion within the project design. This project has been
completed within 12 months, including design. A new 463 car
parking lot has been included in this first phase. A new exterior
precast panel wall was erected and an upgraded high voltage
electrical service has been installed.
This project is the first phase of a two phase project which will
ultimately grow to 460,000 s.f. The next phase will include an
additional 75,000 s.f. manufacturing space with 80,000 s.f.
executive office, 40,000 s.f. general use, and 20,000 s.f. future
expansion.
The project is being built on a 48 acre site and will accommodate
1,100 parking spaces when complete. |
