Is online ordering really secure?
Yes. Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), a protocol that delivers server authentications, data encryption and message integrity. Taken together, these provide the highest level of security and privacy available.

What happens once I place an order online?
First, you will recieve an e-mail confirming that your order was received. We will then process your order and ship it to the address you specify. Orders are delivered as soon as they are received and sent out immediately.

How will my merchandise be shipped?
Most local New York City orders will be delivered by our delivery personnel in just minutes. Gift baskets outside of New York City will be delivered by UPS ground, unless otherwise specified.

How can I pay for my purchases?
Any major credit card – VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card – and we accept cash for deliveries in New York City. We also accept Corporate Charges. You are welcome to apply on line but please allow two days for authorization and credit checks.

Will information ever be shared with outside parties?

How can I get a printed copy of your menu or gift basket catalogue?
All of our Catering, Delivery, Dinner menus and Catalogues are available online and can be downloaded using Adobe Acrobat. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat installed, a free download is available at http://www.adobe.com.
